CAPPY’S RESTAURANT

The go-to “upscale, yet casual” spot for seafood, steaks and innovative American and regional cuisine since 1977. Extensive wine list and craft cocktail menu, as well as over 40 varieties of scotch and bourbon. Our brunch is routinely listed in Open Table’s top 100 in the country.

LA FONDA ON MAIN

San Antonio’s oldest Mexican restaurant - since 1932. Our primary focus is interior Mexican dishes, with some great Tex-Mex mixed in. Make yourself at home in our hacienda-style dining room, or relax on our lush, shady patio (that is heated during winter). Come enjoy a margarita!

JINGU HOUSE

The newest member our of family, now open 7 days a week in the beautiful and historic Japanese Tea Garden. Japanese food, cocktails, and tea with a San Antonio twist. Enjoy mole-braised pork steam buns, a garden mojito, or your favorite daily coffee drink! Proceeds go towards improving the garden. PS, we love special events - join us for free concerts or inquire about hosting private celebrations.

CAPPYCCINO’S

The casual sister restaurant of Cappy’s, located right across the patio. Our “bistro bistro” serves wood-fired pizzas, sandwiches, salads, and fun desserts. Our bar has a selection of creative handcrafted cocktails, rotating local draft beers, and whiskey tasting flights. Come in and seat yourself!

MAMA’S CAFÉ

One of Cappy’s early ventures, which he operated until 1988. In 2021, the Lawton family stepped back in, and reopened with an upgraded look, new kitchen, and a beautiful patio/beer garden. Same comfortable feel and elevated comfort foods, taken up a notch and made from scratch. Mama’s has something for everyone, and most items can be made gluten-free!
