SERVER: $25-$39+ per hour including tips
MANAGER: $50,000+, depending on experience
HOST: $16 - $18+ per hour including tips
SERVER ASSISTANT: $16 - $18+ per hour including tips
CHEF: $50 - $65,000+, depending on experience
LINE COOK: $17 - $20 per hour, depending on experience
EXPEDITOR: $17 - $20+ per hour, including tips
DISHWASHER: starting at $16 per hour, depending on experience
